Your body is the engine of everything you do. This week is about fueling it right: eating, drinking & sleeping in ways that multiply your energy instead of draining it.

  • Think of yourself like a game character: your health bar, stamina bar & mana bar all depend on these three levers. If theyโ€™re empty, you canโ€™t play at your highest level.

    โšก Energy isnโ€™t random โ€” itโ€™s built from your inputs.

    ๐Ÿ’ง Food is fuel, water is lubrication & sleep is recovery.

    โ›ฝ You canโ€™t execute consistently if your body is running on fumes.

  • โŒ Skipping Water โ†’ Brain fog, low focus, sluggish workouts.
    โœ” Fill a large water bottle every morning. Keep it visible = keep it empty.

    โŒ All-or-Nothing Nutrition โ†’ Over-restricting or overeating = burnout.
    โœ” Build one upgrade at a time (add protein at breakfast, or swap one snack for fruit).

    โŒ Broken Sleep Routine โ†’ Scrolling, caffeine late, inconsistent bedtimes.
    โœ” Set a โ€œsleep alarmโ€ โ€” a reminder that says power down now 30โ€“60 min before bed.

    PREPARE
