Your body is the engine of everything you do. This week is about fueling it right: eating, drinking & sleeping in ways that multiply your energy instead of draining it.

Think of yourself like a game character: your health bar, stamina bar & mana bar all depend on these three levers. If theyโre empty, you canโt play at your highest level.
โก Energy isnโt random โ itโs built from your inputs.
๐ง Food is fuel, water is lubrication & sleep is recovery.
โฝ You canโt execute consistently if your body is running on fumes.

โ Skipping Water โ Brain fog, low focus, sluggish workouts.
โ Fill a large water bottle every morning. Keep it visible = keep it empty.
โ All-or-Nothing Nutrition โ Over-restricting or overeating = burnout.
โ Build one upgrade at a time (add protein at breakfast, or swap one snack for fruit).
โ Broken Sleep Routine โ Scrolling, caffeine late, inconsistent bedtimes.
โ Set a โsleep alarmโ โ a reminder that says power down now 30โ60 min before bed. -

Log your current baselines:

๐ Food quality (whole vs processed, protein count)
PREPARE
Choose ONE upgrade for each:
๐ Nutrition: Add a protein source to your first meal.
๐ฆ Hydration: Set a daily water target (start simple: 2โ3 bottles).
๐๐ป Sleep: Pick one ritual (phone off, journal, stretch, or lights out at the same time).
EXECUTE
๐ Daily: Track 3 simple wins โ Did I fuel (nutrition), hydrate, recover (sleep)?
๐ End of week: Reflect โ Did I feel more alert? More consistent? What upgrade stuck?
