  • Think of your environment like your game map: if it’s full of traps & obstacles, you’ll always struggle. But if it’s set up with shortcuts, power-ups & clear paths, progress feels natural.

  • Clutter & Chaos → Every mess steals mental bandwidth.

    ✔ 5-minute nightly reset clears your mental “RAM.”


    Fridge Full of Traps → Junk food = junk energy.

    ✔ Replace the top shelf with protein, fruit, or prepped meals.


    Digital Distractions → Phones on the nightstand = endless scroll.

    ✔ Move your charger across the room; your phone sleeps too.

    🚫 Define your Anti-Vision: what habits does your current environment trigger that you want to break?

    PREPARE

    Add 3 Positive Cues: water bottle in sight, workout gear by the door, journal on the nightstand.

    🌅 Create a “Reset Ritual”: pick a time (morning/night) to tidy your core environment (desk, kitchen, sleep space).

    EXECUTE

    Daily: Spend 5 minutes doing an Environment Reset.
