❌ Mental Noise → Constant scrolling, endless inputs, reactive days.
✔ Start the day with a “Focus Ritual” (journal, reading, or breathing for 10 min).
❌ Weak Self-Talk → “I can’t,” “I’m bad at this,” “I’ll never change.
✔ Reframe: I’m an athlete in training. I’m building my next level daily.
❌ Unclear Mission → No clarity = no momentum.
✔ Write down your Anti-Vision (what you refuse to become) + your Mission Statement (who you’re becoming) -
PLAN
📝 Write your Mission Statement: 1–2 sentences about who you’re becoming.
💡 Choose one daily ritual for focus (journal, meditation, or visualization).
PREPARE
🔔 Set up cues for your ritual (journal on nightstand, meditation app, book).
🛡 Create a “Distraction Shield” → limit inputs (turn off 1 notification, set a 30-min scroll limit).
🗣 Pick a reset phrase for self-talk (I’m leveling up daily. I’m in control of my map.).
EXECUTE
⌚ Daily: Do your Focus Ritual (10–15 min).
💭 Weekly: Use visualization once (imagine the next 4 weeks of success).
